Toby is a Co-founder and Director of Litehouse, and Owner, Managing Director of Minchin and Sims. As a registered builder with over 25 years building experience Toby has earned a reputation for integrity, reliability and quality workmanship. Toby is able to satisfy his passion for design and lightweight building through the collaboration of Litehouse. Toby is also a Director on a number of Boards, as well as a father of three daughters, with wife Dimitra.

Stuart is also a Co-founder and Director of Litehouse. With over 20 years’ experience in the high-end residential building industry Stuart started his career as a carpenter, building award winning houses in Sydney’s eastern suburbs. He furthered his knowledge of timber framed construction with a working holiday in Canada, where he built timber homes. Since moving to Perth to live with his wife and now three young children Stuart has built a reputation as a great communicator and deliverer of superior homes across Western Australia.
